In 1997, the founder, John B Bailey, purchased an inn in southern Vermont.
In order to market the inn he had to learn this thing called “the internet”. After a couple hours of training in html and basic web design, John took over the design and maintenance of the inn’s website.
As the years passed, John learned more and more about graphics, HTML, CSS, PHP, SEO and web hosting and in 2005 started offering his skills to other local area small businesses.
Along with the technical skills, John developed marketing skills based on the new offerings that the world wide web brought to bear. Email marketing, link-based exchanges, review-centric listings, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) needs and Content based marketing.
He brings these skills along with his computer and networking expertise to the discussion table, puts himself in the client’s shoes and works with them to ensure a successful project resolution – based on what’s best for the client and their customers.
